The Adventure Awaits is a 2D action platformer I built as a learning project to explore 2D development and core platformer mechanics in Unreal Engine.

The project was inspired by the Adventure Time cartoon and classic platformers such as Super Mario Bros..

The goal of this project was to recreate several core mechanics that contribute to responsive and satisfying platformer gameplay.
